TERMS OF SALE

  1. The Bidder acknowledges that prior to signing the application for a Bidding Card, the Bidder has read and fully understands these "Terms of Sale" and agrees to comply with the be bound by them.
  2. The Bidder hereby further agrees that whether acting as a principal, an agent, or an officer or director of a corporation or otherwise in any capacity whatsoever, the Bidder shall be personally liable for the payment t of the purchase price and taxes payable with respect to any and all lot or lots for which the Bidder shall be the successful Bidder at the auction and that if the Bidder tenders a non-certified cheque in payment for the whole or any part of such purchase price and taxes, all goods released by the Auctioneer in reliance on such cheque shall be subject to seizure by the Auctioneer or its agents at eh sale cost and expense of the Bidder in the event that such cheque is dishonored upon presentation for payment.
  3. The buyer shall pay interest at the rate of 24% per annum on overdue amounts and shall apply all additional costs and expenses incurred by the Auctioneer.
  4. The highest Bidder shall be the Buyer and any disputes as to bidding shall be settled by the Auctioneer at his/her discretion, put any lot in dispute up for sale again. The Auctioneer is to regulate the bidding and be the sole arbiter. No Bidder shall retract his bid.
  5. All articles shall be sold at so much each. Each lot shall be sold in its entirety, from whichthere is no deviation. The Auctioneer shall have the right to consolidate or break down lots, or to offer a complete facility as a single lot. Auctioneer reserves the right not to acknowledge or accept any bid which is merely a fractional advance over the preceding bid and to reject frivolous bid. The Auctioneer retains the right, without notice, to withdraw any lot or lots, prior to the sale of said lot or lots.
  6. All sales are final on an "As is - where is" basis. The Auctioneer makes no express or implied covenants, warranties or representations whatsoever, including any warranty as to fitness of r any specific use or any warranty or merchantability. The Bidder acknowledges satisfaction on all aspects of the articles, not relying on the Auctioneer or its employees or agents or any statements made by any of them.
  7. To prevent inaccuracy in the delivery and inconvenience in the settlement of the purchase, no lot can be transferred. Each buyer must pay for the entire purchase before the lot is removed.
  8. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any applicant for a bidding card the privilege of bidding by number at the auction and to revoke such privilege at any time and further reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction.
  9. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the lots by reason of their being incorrectly described in the catalog or elsewhere and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneers in respect of any such defects or inaccuracies.   1. Sale is being conducted in Canadian funds.
  2. 18% BUYERS PREMIUM for online Purchases And 5% GST TAX will apply to all sales.
  3. All payments must be made by Cash, Certified Cheque, Wire Transfer Payable to Global Sales and Appraisals Inc.
  4. Visa and MasterCardaccepted up to $1,000.00 (Only) anything over, fee of 3% will be charged.
  5. Goods will NOT be released until payment in full is received and banks wires have cleared.
  6. PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL BY 4:00PM PST FRIDAY JULY 29, 2016

REMOVAL DATES/TIMES/DEADLINES

  1. Removal process will start after the sale is finished and the accounting has been complete - NO REMOVAL DURING THE SALE.
  2. All items must be removed by 5PM PST Monday August 1, 2016.
  3. ALL ITEMS SOLD ''AS IS - WHERE IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
