ORDER OF SERVICE

Almighty and all-loving God, author of life and conqueror of death; on this day of wreath-laying and solemn remembrance, we pray that as scarlet poppies sprang from a shattered earth, they may help us to remember self-sacrifice, past sorrow and future hope. May this day of solemn Remembrance make us mindful of the freedoms we enjoy and the debt we owe. Through Jesus Christ your Son. Amen
