Provided due diligence as part of acquisition team in Salt Lake City. Utilized IBS lease data system to maintain 300 right of way agreements acquired from Williams.

Contract Administrator (7/96 to 12/96)

Participated in Contract Management team project to implement the IBS contracts management system for all KN gas contracts. Interacted with Legal, Marketing and Retail groups to accomplish completion of project. Contract ended.

Provided local paralegal assistance for Conoco Houston legal department in conjunction with local outside counsel regarding City of Denver v. Coors et al (Lowry Landfill Superfund) litigation. Team member for conversion of division order computer system.
