This is not your average on line textbook! The online edition has tutorials, practice problems and more. It has helpful video examples for each section that we are covering in class.

Resources from On-line Textbook:
· QR Codes/Math on the Spot: Video tutorials provide step-by-step instruction of the math concepts covered in each example. The QR Codes are provided on student work pages, and Math on the Spot are links embedded in the online edition. (Both are the same)
· Personal Math Trainer: Online Assessment and Intervention – Practice skills and improve understanding of math concepts. Includes videos, guided examples, and step by step solutions.
· Animated Math: Activities to practice key math concepts.
Morning Tutorials: See teacher webpage for tutorial schedule. Tutorials begin at 8:00
· These are not one on one tutorial sessions but rather a time for students to come with specific questions.
· Students should work through the homework as much as possible and come with specific problems they need help with.
· Students can attend the tutorial session of any math teacher and not just their math teacher.

Extended Day: Tutorials after school in the library from 3:50 -4:50 every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We are working with the high school to get a Math Honor Society student in every tutorial session. Students should come to extended day ready to work on their current math homework.
Tutoring List of Paid Tutors: Contact Grade Level Counselor
Tests: Students who score below a 70 should complete test corrections and turn them in to be graded. They must be complete, correct, and show all work. They also must have a parent signature. They can be done at school or at home, with or without help from a parent, teacher or tutor. Students are welcome to come in to tutorials and ask questions. If done correctly with all work shown, the grade can be raised up to a 70.
