Request an Official Meetings Day Proclamation

Ask your governor, mayor, city council member, county executive or minister of tourism to proclaim April 6, 2017 Meetings Industry Day in your town.

  • Invite reporters and local meetings industry chapters to publicly recognize the proclamation.
  • Appoint a spokesperson to discuss the impact of meetings with local press.
  • Share news of the proclamation on social media using #GMID17.

Host an Educational Event
