Students will sign Centra Conduct and Confidentiality forms.
Centra’s online modules must be completed prior to clinical.
Students must wear appropriate clinical attire including non-skid shoes.
Failure to wear appropriate clothing will result in ISD and an Unsatisfactory daily grade.
