How to Add a Due Date when assigning Content in Apex
1. Open the User or the User Group that you want to assign the content to.2. Click the Content tab.
3. Drag the content item from the Available Content area and drop it into the Assigned Content area.
**Note: The Due Date feature won’t work with Content Groups because the users don’t see the content group – they only see the content items that are in the group.
4. Click Save Changes.
5. Re-open the User or User Group.
6. Double-click on the content that you just assigned.
The “Due Date Wizard” will open in a new box. /
7. Click Next in the Due Date wizard.
8. Select a due date option.a. To set a specific date as the due date, click the radio button next to Use Due By Date and select a date on the calendar. /
b. To set the due date as X number of days from today, click the radio button next to Use number of days from first assigned, and enter the number of days that users will have to complete the content. /
9. Click Next to finish the wizard.
10. Close the Due Date wizard.
11. Click Save Changes on the User or User Group box. /
