ORDER AGREEMENT

Hot Shoe Racewear Responsibilities: To manufacture and deliver custom made goods for the customer(s),
As per approved email proof sample.
CUSTOMER’S Responsibilities: To provide artwork, logo(s), approved sample(s), and payment, prior to
start of order.
Hot Shoe Racewear does not supply any logos. You must have authorization for use of any and all
logos, marks, and designs produced by Hot Shoe Racewear
CHANGES: Any changes made after the start of the order may result in extra charges.
Hot Shoe Racewear will not be able to guarantee delivery times if changes are made to order!

DELIVERY: Hot Shoe Racewear will perform best efforts to provide on time delivery to customers’ requested
Shipping to address. Hot Shoe Racewear is not responsible for late delivery due to any situation out of Hot Shoe Racewears control, Including, but not limited to, acts of God, Shipping Company problems, customs inspections, customer late payment, artwork or sample approval not received on time, etc.

All products will be shipped to customers’ requested location at customer’s expense. In any case that the
ship to address is different than the normal delivery address, Hot Shoe Racewear is not responsible if the
package does not get delivered on time, or for redirecting your package to the new location
Marketing
Hot Shoe Racewear retains the write to use name & photos of products for marketing purposes.
The Hot Shoe Racewear logo will be on all products we produce (Suits it will be on the top of the arm or epaulets, Shirts it will be on the middle of the back collar,)

PAYMENT: All orders shall be paid in full prior to order placement!!!
Payment shall be made in 1 of 4 ways:
1, Check:
2, Credit Card (ADD 3%) Per Transaction
3.Paypay
4, Money Order

(A $50.00 fee will be charged for a returned Check)
CANCELLATION: In the event the customer cancels the order, the customer acknowledges that
Hot Shoe Racewear would be harmed and suffer loss, and that it would be difficult to determine the precise value for the amount of that harm. Hot Shoe Racewear shall nevertheless be entitled to receive complete payment and/or fees for any extra cost(s) incurred during the order process.
CONFIDENTIALITY: Hot Shoe Racewear and customer(s) shall use confidential information of the other’s
solely for the purposes described in this agreement. A party receiving confidential information from the other party shall not communicate or otherwise disclose any confidential information of the disclosing party to of this agreement, each party shall promptly return to the other party or destroy all confidential information and all copies thereof) of such other party.
(ORDER PROCESS:
1. Design of your product.
We can design your products in house, The Design fee will be $50 First Hour (Must be paid before we start the design, the design fee is no refundable once the design work is started, after that $45 Hour will be added to the invoice). We can also provide you a template to create your own design
2. Sizing. (CUSTOM SUITS)
We will supply you with a sizing diagram, please take it to a tailor to be measured,
Hot Shoe Racewear will not be responsible for wrong measurement’s you provide.
Once the suit is ordered and shipped it cannot be altered!
3. Place you order.
*Product lead times do not include any design time or samples awaiting customer approval.
There is a minimum on all Hot Shoe Racewear Dye Sublimation Shirts orders (5), Hot Shoe Racewear is not responsible for replacing your shirts if colors are not matched exactly, or if the design did not turn out how you imagined. Remember you approved the Proof.
LEAD TIMES:
Standard lead times vary according to our production schedule.
