The British Sky Broadcasting Group Ltd is the largest operator of paid-for digital television in the UK.

The aim of the consultancy project is to improve customer satisfaction levels through employee behaviour and a customer focused environment.

Improve overall customer satisfaction at the Leeds call centre by investigating the current of customer appreciation through customer satisfaction surveys.

Identify if there are any specific training needs that need to be improved for either individuals or collective employees groups.

Identify and use appropriate motivational and change management techniques to encourage Leeds call centre employees to adopt the culture of Sky performance behaviour.

Managed team to ensure project completed within deadlines.

On competition of this project Sky will be able to:

Improve the levels of customer satisfaction to achieve the same customer satisfaction levels as other Sky call centres. This will be identified by an increase in positive response being received from customer satisfaction surveys.

Sky will experience a more motivated workforce who will adapt Sky’s culture into their day-to-day working styles.

Employees will be confident and knowledgeable to a high level when answering customer queries to ensure that the customer is always highly satisfied.
