Class Type / Description
ABT / Designed to shape, tone & strengthen those legs & butt, places high demands on the body’s strength system and increases lower body muscular strength. Strengthens core & flattens tummies. A great workout for both sexes, very challenging class.
AQUA / Low impact and high energy class designed for a more gentle aerobic workout using the resistance of the water along with basic strength moves and aqua tools.
BODY ATTACK / A high energy, calorie-consuming athletic workout that will take you to your goals and beyond. This class uses strong, simple moves and pumping music – a session guaranteed to take no prisoners.
BODY COMBAT / A fiercely energetic martial arts workout where you are totally unleashed and empowered. If you want a fun and exciting cardio workout to rip off body fat then BodyCombat is the class for you. Karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muaythai enthusiasts will especially enjoy this class
BODYBALANCE / A dynamic, fitness-to-music program that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed; combines the best of eastern disciplines, like yoga and tai chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
BODYPUMP / A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! Easy & fun. Tone and condition your body in Record time!
BODYSTEP / BODYSTEP is the ultimate way to give your body a high energy cardioblast and tone the hips and thighs. With over 2,000 steps per session you’ll see results in record time. Get in step with one of the best fitness classes the world has to offer.
BOOTCAMP / This high intensity cross-training workout incorporates interval training, boxing, resistance training, explosive movements, and the use of training props. You will learn new skills in this awesome workout which allows you to work at your own level within a team environment. Outdoors in summer, indoors in winter. 45mins duration.
CYCLE / An indoor cycling program to motivational music. Develops cardiovascular capacity, this class is a real calorie killer, a favourite for those wanting to reduce body fat. Provides a fast improvement in general endurance, places high demands on the aerobic system and increases lower body muscular strength. Limited places; please collect passes from reception.
DEEP WATER / Preformed in deep water with a flotation belt. Uses basic strength moves and water resistance to firm your entire body and increase your fitness. No impact to joints due to the buoyancy of the water. Summer class only.
ENERGISERS / Therapeutic exercises in a fun, social atmosphere suitable for mature adults and beginners.
STRETCH & RELAX / A relaxing stretching class designed to improve full body functional mobility.
YOGA STRENGTH / Yoga Strength is a mixture of Yoga & Core Strength moves. Designed for those seeking fitness, core strength, relaxation and energy replenishment.
Zumba® / This program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions, where fast and slow rhythms are combined, to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. This one hour calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring class has a Latin flavor and international zest that will engage and captivate you for life!
