*Skating Parties: Coordinate with United Skates for evening skating parties.
Fall Fundraiser: Help organize and coordinate the sale of Yankee Candles.
VIP Coordinator: Schedule volunteer to assist teachers on weekly basis with copying and preparing class materials. Hold training sessions at beginning of year.
Staff Appreciation: Organize (5) Luncheons for the Heritage Staff. Coordinate volunteers to bring food and help with the day
Spring Fundraiser: Help organize and coordinate fundraiser in the spring.
*Box Tops/Labels: Collect, organize, and count Box Tops and Labels. Coordinate contests.
*Silent Auction: Help acquire items from businesses, parents and staff member for fund raising event.
*School Supply Kits: Coordinate the sale of kits in the Spring and help with delivery in August.
Spirit Wear: Select design and items for fundraiser. Distribute forms, collect money, and deliver items.
*Movie/Food Nights: Plan and coordinate movie night at Heritage or food night at a local restaurant.
*Carnival: Help plan and organize games, prizes, food, and entertainment.
FUN Day: End of the school year event for the whole school. Coordinate with a vendor for inflatables and games. Organize volunteers.
Yearbook: Help collect and take candid pictures. Distribute order forms, collect payments, and deliver yearbooks.
*Camp Fair: Contact camps and organize the event.
Chat-N-Chew: Organize monthly meetings (Nov.-Mar.). Meetings are during lunch.
Hospitality (KISS Luncheon): Coordinate volunteers to assist parents and staff for KISS Luncheons and Picture Day.
*Birthday Book Club: Send monthly invitations to students to join the club. Deliver forms and checks.
Book Fair: Coordinate Fall and Spring Book Fairs. Schedule Volunteers to help for the week.
*Guys and Their Girls: Plan an evening for Heritage girls and their dads. Event typically takes place on a Friday evening in February.
*Mother/Son Event: Plan an event for Heritage boys and their Moms to participate in on or off school property.
