Ø  The Internal Contact will receive all communications from Friends of the Earth for your group. This includes:

•  Regional monthly Coordinator’s email from your Network Developer.

•  Mailings on Motions, Board Elections, insurance, Conference, and Partnership Agreement renewal.

•  Important news, updates and campaign priorities – and any additional communications from us when we need to contact local groups.

Would your group (via the Internal Contact) prefer to receive current postal mailings from us by email instead (whenever possible)? Yes / No

Ø  Please note that we will not always be able to send mailings by email, so you will still receive some postal mailings. We may also decide that a mailing is too important to send by just email, so we will send it to you by post only or by post and email.

Ø  If your group is new and you don’t yet have a website, please tick “yes” for option 3 and provide us with the contact details – we’ll then set up the website and send you the username and password to add information and keep the site updated yourself.
