Here is information about the meet and the order of events. Eligibility is all swimmers who 12 and under. Orange Hunt has been hosting this meet for over 20 years and it is always a highlight of the season for us. We have reworked it this year to give the 12 and unders a chance to swim relays in preparation for the Divisional Relays; and to give those swimmers who don’t usually have a chance to swim relays a chance.

Organization of Meet: The meet runs without stroke & turn officials or relay take off judges. We do ask that each team provide a deck official and 3 timers. Their primary duty will be to watch the meet and ensure that things run smoothly. They may look like a stroke & turn judge, but there are no disqualifications in this meet. We do not need names of officials in advance. You may want to remind them to look official in blue shorts and a white shirt.

The other roles we need each team to provide are 6 timers per team (Timers can be older swimmers!) , 2 clerks of course per team, 2 ribbon writer per team and 1 marshal per team. We will provide the Ref, Starter and announcer.

We have 8 lanes and will use them as needed. The outside lanes may be empty at times if we don't have enough swimmers.

The order of events are as follows:

Event 1– 14 Each team can enter as many relays as can be fielded to form a complete relay.

Event 15 and 16The final events are a parent relay and a coaches relay. Remind parents and coaches to bring their suits!
