c.Intent to Award:Anemailhasbeensent totheintendedawardeenotifyingthemofthestate’sintenttoawardprovidedthevendorsuppliescertain documentation, such as compliancedocuments,insurance,etc.
d.RFB/RFPPublicOpenings: ThisiscurrentlynotusedbytheStateofHawaii.
e.Note : Pursuant to statute, RFPswillnotdisplayanyinformationpriortoaward.
