This program is taught by a very experienced professional auditor/trainer. 1500+ audits over 20 years. IATF and ISO certified. I will teach and show you how to make internal auditing easy, powerful and effective. Value added to the company. Promotes Continual Improvement.
This workshop is designed for three groups –
Help new auditors get good understanding how to perform meaningful internal audits,
Help experienced auditors take their skills to a much higher level.
Help Managers and Process Owners understand and implement new requirements.
This workshop will teach:
Principles and Concepts of Better Process Auditing and management.
Improving the quality and performance of your organization.
Improvement Audits make your organization more effective, profitable.
The requirements of ISO 9001:2015, and IATF-16949:2016.
Successful completion of the class is guaranteed to help new and experienced auditors work through the steps involved in a proper and compliant "ISO/IATF Process Approach" internal audit.
Public training workshops are available to any company. Workshops are designed to be Public Training and meet ISO 9001 and IATF-16949 requirements for certified companies).

Charlotte, NCand in theAkron/Canton/Cleveland, OHareas.
We are happy to schedule other local public workshops if sufficient companies are interested.
The cost is $1299 per person (prepaid) for the ISO 9001 or IATF-16949 Workshops, and includes lunch each day.
Dinner and hotel costs are additional (but we usually get group rates).
This is a very good price for some of the most in-depth teaching available, led by a very experienced auditor/trainer. CV available on request.
ISO and IATF require companies to perform internal audits in a process approach, and auditors need to be properly trained to do that effectively. Your auditors will graduate from this Lead Auditor "Improvement Auditing" training able to meet ISO and IATF auditor requirements, identify improvements that save your company money, and help improve company performance.
