Hello Operations Academy Colleagues,
I hope this finds you all shoveled out and back to business as usual.
I am working on a project for the Regional Transportation Systems Management & Operations (RTSMO) Committee of TRB. We are working to gather and compile multi-jurisdiction operational agreements. Once prepared, the information will be compiled in a Circular which will be shared with all agencies.
I am writing to request your assistance in identifying these agreements. If you have any, or are aware of any, please send them to me (the agreement or information about / contact for the agreement). We are looking for agreements that are signed by multiple jurisdictions or agencies, and in which at least one signatory is a transportation agency. The agreements could focus on transportation, public safety, homeland security, etc.

Eileen, Hello, I work for TennesseeDOT out of the Memphis TMC. We have several agreements with various entities regarding shared use (control & viewing) of our CCTV's, permitting for construction purposes in our neighboring states (Arkansas & Mississippi, from the Memphis side of the state), and shared use of ITS infrastructure. I think some good input we can give you for NYS is related to agreements for two multi-agency coalitions: TRANSCOM that involves agencies from the NYC metro area of NY, NJ and CT NITTEC that involves agencies from the US and Canada in the Niagara area of western NY
By copy of this I am asking Matt Edelman from TRANSCOM and Mike Roach from our NYSDOT Regional Office in the Niagara area to send you copies of these multi-agency agreements

Eileen, Here is the agreement with NJSP. I will send you the Transcom agreement later, however, I dont think it will be a whole lot different than NY's.
