Sarah Linde-Feucht, MD

CAPT U.S. Public Health Service, Chief Public Health Officer

Captain Sarah R. Linde-Feucht is a Medical Officer in the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service. She currently serves as the Chief Public Health Officer for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). She previously served as a Senior Public Health and Clinical Advisor to the former Chief Public Health Officer and to the Associate Administrator of the Office of Regional Operations.

Prior to HRSA, CAPT Linde-Feucht was the Deputy Director of the Office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion in the Office of Public Health and Science in the Office of the Secretary of HHS. There, she helped oversee national disease prevention and health promotion activities including Healthy People, the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, and the Physical Activity Guidelines.

Her previous assignments include the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Office of Orphan Products Development which helps in the development of drugs, biologics, and devices for rare diseases. She worked as the administrator for the Grants Program which funds clinical research in rare diseases and the director of the Humanitarian Use Device designation program.

And finally, prior to her assignment with FDA, Dr. Linde-Feucht was assigned to the National Health Service Corps in HRSA and served as the Director of the Shenandoah Valley Family Health Center, a community health center in Inwood, WV.

Dr. Linde-Feucht is board certified in Family Practice and is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences Medical School in Bethesda, MD. She lives with her daughter in Kensington, MD.

Robert Sigh, MD, MPH

Senior Clinical Advisor for the North Central Division

Dr. Robert V. Sigh is the Senior Clinical Advisor for the North Central Division, Bureau of Primary Health Care. Prior to this appointment, he served in the Central Southeast Division as Regional Medical Consultant and Project Officer. He also served as Regional Medical Consultant with the Office of Regional Operations in the Atlanta Regional Office. Dr. Sigh is a Commissioned Officer in the United States Public Health Service. He began his career eight years ago as a Ready Responder in the Bureau of Clinicians Recruitment and Service, where he served as Clinical Director in two federally qualified health centers (FQHC) in South Carolina and Georgia. In Georgia, he developed lifestyle approaches to weight management for health center patients. Dr Sigh is board certified in Family Medicine and General Preventive Medicine and Public Health. He received his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and his Masters of Public Health from Loma Linda University School of Public Health.

Shikha G. Anand, MD, MPH

Dr. Anand completed her residency at Yale New Haven Hospital in 2003, her Masters in Public Health at Boston University in 2005, and her General Academic Pediatrics fellowship at Boston Medical Center in 2006. She has concentrated on community health since 2003, providing patient care at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, Whittier Street Health Center, where she served as the Pediatric Director for 4 years, and now Codman Square Health Center.

Dr. Anand has used her experience in community health to create innovative programs to improve care within the Patient Centered Medical Home. In 2006, she founded the Healthy Weight Clinic, a multi-disciplinary primary care obesity clinic, collaborating with Ceiling and Visibility Unlimited to replicate of this model in seven additional community health centers in Massachusetts, including Codman Square Health Center. In 2010, she co-founded the Fruit and Vegetable Prescription Program, a voucher program designed to improve access to fresh produce for low income families. She is the Director of Obesity Programs at the National Initiative for Children’s Healthcare Quality (NICHQ), where she provides clinical expertise for quality improvement focused learning collaboratives including the HRSA-funded Prevention Center for Healthy Weight, the Massachusetts CDC Childhood Obesity Research Demonstration Project, and the Massachusetts CHIPRA Medical Home Demonstration Project.

Deborah Horowitz, APNC, CDE

Deborah is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where she received her Master of Nursing degree. She has been with CAMcare Health Corporation for over 18 years. Presently, Deborah is working as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in Internal Medicine and is the Program Director for the Diabetes/Care Process Collaborative at CAMcare. She coordinates the diabetes, cardiovascular and healthy weight initiatives.

John Felton, MPH, MBA, FACHE

President & CEO/Health Officer

John Felton joined the Yellowstone City - County Health Department (now RiverStone Health) in 2004 to oversee the organization’s programs and services, as well as serving as Yellowstone County’s Deputy Health Officer.He became President& CEO of RiverStone Health and Yellowstone County Health Officer in July 2011.In that capacity John oversees a staff of over 330 people delivering a broad array of public health, health service, social service, and education programs that generate net revenues in excess of $30 million annually.John was named a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives in 2000, and holds masters degrees in business administration from the University of Cincinnati and public health from the University of Montana.

Hillary Hanson

Director of Population Health Services/Deputy Health Officer

Hillary Hanson, MS, MPH, CPH is the Director of Population Health Services and the Deputy Health Officer for the local health department in Yellowstone County, RiverStone Health. She oversees various health promotion, disease prevention and emergency preparedness programs. Ms. Hanson received her M.S. in applied statistics from the Purdue University and an M.P.H. in public health leadership from the University of North Carolina. Ms. Hanson also serves on various health promotion groups locally including the Healthy By Design Advisory Committee, and the Safe Routes to School Steering Committee. Prior to working at RiverStone Health Ms. Hanson worked as a Research Statistician on the Global Network for Women’s and Children’s Health Research.

Megan Littlefield, MD

RiverStone Health, Billings MT

Medical Director

Dr Littlefield recently joined RiverStone Health as the Medical Director in September 2011. In addition to practicing primary care in a busy community health center, she oversees nine clinical sites of RiverStone Health and is leading them in the transformation to Patient Centered Medical Home. Her clinical interests include improving health care access to an underserved population, and increasing efficiency and quality of care by optimizing clinical workflows and integrating Information Technology. Prior to joining RiverStone Health, she practiced primary care and served as Medical Director at Revere Family Health Center at Cambridge Health Alliance in Massachusetts. She graduated from University of Maryland Medical School, completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatric residency at the University of Chicago, and then served aschief resident at Macneal Hospital prior to starting in clinical practice.
