All of us will experience anxiety and stress at different times throughout our lives. Some may face more stress than others, and at times we might feel overwhelmed by stress and anxiety. The purpose of this assignment is to familiarize you with an excellent resource that contains some useful information about and effective strategies for managing stress and anxiety.
