Project Progress Report for

Activity/Status
HEDWIG ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS
MOBILIZATION:
· Continue delivering the 72-inch RCP.
PAVING ITEMS:
· Continue to cut and remove sections of Hedwig road from the bridge to the north for storm sewer line installation (west side of Hedwig Road).
DRAINAGE ITEMS:
· Completed placement of the 6’ X 6’ concrete box culverts.
· Continue placement of the 72-inch RCP Installed 219.5 LF for a total to date of 444.5 LF. Out of 934 LF. (48% completed)
· Installed 8’ X 4’ conflict junction box at Hunters Park.
WATER ITEMS: AAA Paving
· This period no work was performed on this aspect of the project at this time.
TREE PROTECTION:
· Installed the tree fencing around the trees on Hedwig Rd.
SUPPLEMENTAL ITEMS:
· Installed a casing pipe and a new 8-inh sewer lines through the conflict box at Hedwig Court.

HEDWIG ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS
Contractor is placing the new 72-inch RCP on Hedwig road. View to the south.
The contractor is installing the fence post for the tree protection fencing. View to the south.
The contractor is placing the tree protection fencing around the trees on Hedwig Road. View to the south.
The contractor is setting the 78-inch RCP in the ditch for the new storm line on Hedwig Road. View to the north.

MOBILIZATION:
· Continue to deliver 72-inch RCP.
PAVING ITEMS: AAA Paving
· Continue to remove the existing roadway and base material.
DRAINAGE ITEMS: AAA Paving
· Continue placement of the Junction boxes for the new storm line.
· Continue the placement of the 72-inch RCP.
WATER ITEMS:
· This period no work was performed on this aspect of the project at this time.
TREE PROTECTION:
· Initiate placement of the Tree Protection.
SUPPLEMENTAL ITEMS:
· This period no work was performed on this aspect of the project at this time.

Setting the 72-inch RCP down Hedwig Rd. Safety trench box install to keep the pipe trench from caving in on workers. View to the north.

Note: Hedwig road is now one way to the north and has been for over a week. A number of drivers continue to drive south bound. PLEASE STOP. This is dangers to other motorist and the construction workers on site.
Memorial Village Police Dept. has been ask to help with this problem. This is a contraction zone area please follow the signs.
