Healdsburg Bulldogs 2017 Volunteer Form

Youth sports programs are run by Volunteers. We have board positions and several jobs that need to be done every day. And on game days it’s an all day long event for every board member. Please fill in the information below and turn it in with your registration packet or by the 1st practice day; July 24, 2017. It is required that all parents volunteer their time to help, or we will have to increase fees in the future to cover the cost of additional help, and your $75.00 family Parent Participation Fee will be retained by the organization.

**All families are required to volunteer at least 3 or more times per participant during the season; each shift is considered 2 hours long. If you can’t make your shift it’s your responsibility to find a replacement, and to notify the Snack Bar Coordinator of the change 1 hour prior to your shift.

  Setting up Field (Banners, Field markers, Chains, water for each side,etc.)
