Description:

OWS is a Global Program within Ford Motor Company. The main goal of this program is to rewrite the legacy claim processing application and it is having various modules like MCA, PS, WA, and PR in this application. The purpose of the PS module is to provide security administrators the provision to track & audit the individual access controls/permissions in place, for internal accessing the OWS application. For dealer/fleet users, SPS directly provides an audit report tracking their access controls and permissions for accessing the OWS application.

The purpose of the PR module is to request return of parts from Dealers for the warranty repairs. Requestor has reviewed the available sources of warranty information and identifies the need for more part information to resolve a quality issue or a high warranty spend, or based on an organization policy the Requestor can request the dealers to return parts for inspection. Requestor can alternatively perform other functions such as review active requests, copy requests or AWS Batch Upload requests.

Responsibilities:

Description:

CBS is the Convergent Billing System, this project is tele communication project. This CBS is provides the end to end solution for tele communications for both prepaid and postpaid customers. The CBS containing some modules are Billing Management (BM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Rating and Charging , General Ledger (GL) and Debt Collection (DC). In the BM module exports formatted bills, including bills in a special format, converting bill formats and reprinting bills. In AR module provides the transactions for postpaid customers like recharge and cash register,payment, recharge and payment reversal, refund , account adjustment, payment application ,write-off and advance deposit. It will provide the Functionalities for creating Customer suggestions, feedbacks, requests, complaints and other details in to the system.

Responsibilities:

·  Involved in writing spring bean components.

·  Implemented persistence logic in the DAO classes.

·  Involved in configuration of Spring components and hibernate hbm files.

·  Tested the application in the area of functionality which I implemented using Soap-UI.

·  Supporting the testing team during the testing phases UAT and E2E.
