This is your chance to put your product and services in front of tens of thousands of enthusiastic fans at Motor City Muscle®, TheRock-N-Muscle car festivalfor three days in AugustLower M-1 – Woodward Avenue, Hart Plaza and Campus Martius Park will transform into a tour de force of music, muscle cars, entertainment, food, interactivity and community. With more than 100 bands and performers on multiple stages, and more than 250 of the finest historic and modern American muscle cars. Motor City Muscle® is America’s high-performance celebration of rock music and muscle cars.
RETAIL & SPECIALTY VENDOR | PARTICIPATION BENEFITS

Motor City Muscle® vendor platformsare the address of Motor City Muscle’shigh performanceproducts, services, and brand showcases. The festival is a national forum for showing the fans the legacy of automotive and musical trailblazing that began with the car and song “Rocket 88”, which continues to this day. It is where festival guests from the world-over will be introduced to the brands, products, services and that complete the Motor City Muscle® experience.

The vendor platform areas are conveniently located in heavily-trafficked locations at Hart Plaza and on and adjacent M-1 – Woodward Avenue - the Father of U.S. Highways and historic “main drag” of Detroit, birthplace of the American muscle car.

IMPORTANT | PLEASE NOTE

Submission of the retail and specialty vendor reservation form does not guarantee selection as a vendor at the Motor City Muscle®– Rock-n-Muscle Car Festival. Retail and Specialty vendors will be selected and approved based upon items for sale, demonstration, display, unique presentation, and event experience. Following the selection process, confirmations will be emailed beginning Friday, May 1, 2018. All payments must be received in full for vendor acceptance. Incomplete forms will be returned and mailed back to the interested vendor and the interested vendor will be removed from the selection process until the form and its requirements have been made complete and by the MCM submission deadlines for further consideration.

Reservations postmarked or hand-delivered (contact us via email to coordinate hand-delivery) after May 1, 2018, will be placed on the vendor waiting list. Vendors selected for participation from the waiting list will be notified via email beginning Tuesday, May 15th

Full refunds will be forwarded via U.S. Mail, beginning Friday, May 4th, 2018, to all vendors not selected for participation.

  • Specialty Vendor Definition: Includes special displays, presentations and promotion on site, without actual sales activity.

MCM Retail & Specialty Vendor Insurance Requirements

All approved, participating vendors are responsible for providing a Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 (One-Million-Dollars) General Liability for the event dates, listing American Entertainment Technology and theCity of Detroit as additional insured.

MCM Retail & Specialty Vendor | Festival Operations Support

MCM Provides:Appropriate 10-ft X 10-ft or 10-ft x 20-ft tent (Vendor can use own branded tent if approved by MCM); exterior tent identification sign; one (1) 110-volt outlet plug (20 amps) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing; one (1) vendor parking pass for stock vehicle per day; all MCM materials bearing Vendor name or logo for distribution and use.

MCM RETAIL & SPECIALTY VENDOR RESERVATION DEPOSITS

• 25% (Twenty-Five-Percent) of the Required Vendor Fee for each platform area is to be submitted with the completed reservation form as follows:

  • Standard 10’ x 10’ | Required 25% Reservation Deposit= $581.25
  • Premium/Corner 10’ x 10’ | Required 25% Reservation Deposit = $663.75
  • Standard 10’ x 20’| Required 25% Reservation Deposit = $856.25
  • Premium/Corner 10’ x 20’ | Required 25% Reservation Deposit = $980.00

APPROVED OFFICIAL MCM VENDOR | FEE BALANCE

Once an approved MCM Official Vendor, the remaining 75% (Seventy-Five-Percent)fee balance of payment is due by June 1, 2018. Failure to pay in full and on time as follows will lead to forfeiture of reservation fee and participation:
