Biography

Born in Moose Jaw in the province of Saskatchewan, Canada where I became a Journeyman welder at the age of 18.

Using my preceding knowledge in this field I subdued my curiosity for the underwater experience by linking the two. Through the Diver’s Institute of Technology I became a commercial diver in 2001. With this training under my belt I traveled to Malaysia to work as a commercial diver on sunken barges.

Subsequently, this became not enough and the passion I had for the underwater world was growing. I then moved back to Canada and endured a challenging 6 month program that ended in the attainment of a PADI instructor certification along with many specialties.

I currently work on the island of Roatan off the northern coast of Honduras, as a technical dive instructor for the Roatan Tec Team in which I helped establish in conjunction with Coconut Tree Divers. This has cemented my love for the sub aquatic world and has prepared me for every Caribbean condition.

With my experience in deep gas diving and search and recovery, and my background in commercial diving I feel that this would be the ideal job for me. I believe that I would be the perfect component to the crew, due to the fact that, when it comes to underwater exploration I always like to be the first in line. I feel this crew will compliment my desire perfectly.
