A guest is a person who you, a member, plays with. A fee is payable for the guest and you must enter his/her name in the guest book.

Visitors/Non-members:

Non-members may not use the club facilities unless playing with a member. Often non-members want to use the facilities and offer to pay but this should be refused. They should be offered a tour of the club and given a copy of the application form. They should be informed about when Open Nights are scheduled and invited to play then.

What to do if something doesn’t work:

Tell Ray Cummins who is the House and Grounds Captain for 2007/2008 or any committee member.

Booking courts:

Booking sheets go on the board 3 days in advance. You may book only one game in advance. This is to ensure that all members get a fair chance to book games. Once you have played your booked game you can book another game. However, if you turn up without having a court booked and there is a free, unbooked court you may book that court for one hour and play for that hour. We are currently developing an online booking system and we expect it will be operational within 6 weeks.
