Midwest Lasallian Youth Gathering

Greetings from Minnesota, the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
As you know, the Lasallian Youth Gathering will take place in Minnesota this July and we have been working hard to prepare for an excellent week of faith, service and community. Of course, all of our preparations would be in vain without your participation and presence, so we are sending along some tools to help you inspire and register your students.
Enclosed in this mailing you will find an invitation for students, a registration form, a consent to treatment form, a release of liability form, a packing list, a code of conduct, a leave at home information sheet, an invitation for collegians, and a registration summary. The cost of the gathering is $250.00, which covers meals, lodging, transportation in the TwinCities, and all activities that are part of the gathering.
The first step is to copy the invitation and registration form and get it out to your students ASAP. The registration form should be returned to you with a non-refundable deposit of $50.00. Please send the registration forms and deposits ($50.00 per student) via one school check payable to DeLaSalleHigh School, to Peg Hodapp at DeLaSalleHigh School, 1 DeLaSalle Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55401. This process must be completed no later than May 15. Any registrations received after May 15 will be increased by $25.00 each.
The second step is to copy the consent to treatment form, release of liability form, packing list, code of conduct, and leave at home information sheet and distribute to your students preferably at a parent meeting. Bring the consent to treatment and release of liability forms to the Gathering as we will need the signed medical release in case of emergency. Also, extend an invitation to any stellar collegians.
