Does your pool have lane lines?
Does your pool have backstroke flags on each end?

Do you have numbered flag or other visual method to indicate heat and lane to both teams during the meet?
Do you have computer system to run the meet?
Do you have (or will you obtain) hytek software to run meets and manage your team?
How many swimmers do you have or expect to have on your team?
Do you have enough parent volunteers to fulfill volunteer requirements in order to run a meet at your location and to provide assistance at away meets? (See “Meet Organization” for further info)
Will you be able to provide appropriate meet materials to run a meet? (Such as: stopwatches, timer sheets, labels for ribbons, pens/pencils, starting systems, etc.)

Each team must have a current Certificate of Liability Insurance prior to the first meet. The Certificate must name the All-Star Meet Facility as a Certificate Holder, and must continue in effect through the date of the last Division All-Star Meet. Can you comply with this requirement?
Will you have lifeguards on duty during the meets?
