Treasurer’s Report
/ The Treasurer’s report was read and accepted by all members present.

ATSC Vice President / Steve reported that the committee is still working on finalizing the numbers of the Polar Blast, and they should have the numbers totaled up within the next week.

Trail Master-South / Work will be done this summer on the lodge trail, behind the bio-mass.

- We had a great turnout at the Groomer’s Ball. A big “thank you” goes out to Jeff and his staff at the Plaza.
- Grants have been completed.
- John noted that the club had groomed four times more this year than last. Grooming began on December 17th and ended on March 31st. The machines will be serviced this summer in preparation for next season.
- The ATV Club has chipped in $4,000 to help with excavation costs on the trails.
- A motion was made and all were in favor to replace the annual walk-a-thon with a sled raffle this year. A total of 250 tickets will be sold, and we will begin selling them in May. The sled raffle will be drawn as soon as all of the tickets are sold. If not all tickets are sold before Polar Blast, the drawing will be held the weekend of the Polar Blast event.
- A grant was submitted to connect the New Hampshire riders with our trail system. We will be looking for donations to build a bridge to make the connection.
- Election of officers for the 2017-2018 season: A motion was made and accepted by all members present to maintain the current officers for next season.
Meeting Adjourned / The meeting was motioned to be adjourned @ 5:20pm by all members present. Thanks to all for a terrific season – we couldn’t do it without you! Have a fun, safe summer, and we look forward to seeing you on the trails next season!
