Mailing list sign up prize draw: TERMS & CONDITIONS
Anyone who signs up to the Go Canoeing mailing list between Tuesday July 1st and Tuesday September 30th2014 will be entered into the Prize Draw.
Entry to theGo Canoeing Mailing List Prize Draw implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
1. The prize is a Perception Prodigy II tandem kayak. This is an open cockpit boat which has room for a child, and is suitable for inland family paddling. It has an RRP of £699 and features the Zone DLX Seating System with leg lifter support. It also has a storage hatch with bulkhead. You can find out more about the Prodigy II here
2. The prize draw will take place in early October 2014. Winners will be informed no later than the end of October 2014.
3. Winners will be randomly selected by a designated judge and informed via the email address or telephone number they provided when they signed up to the Go Canoeing mailing list. The decision will be final, with no correspondence being entered into by the Promoter in respect of any decision made by the judge.
4. Entries are limited to one per email address.
5. The prize needs to be claimed byDecember 31st 2014. After this date claims will no longer be valid.
6. The entrant is responsible for all travel and other costs involved in collecting the prize.
7. Information about the prize was correct at the time of writing, but Canoe England reserves the right to change the prizes on offer without notice.
8. The competition is open to UK residents only. There is no lower age limit for entry.
9. Entry to the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
7. The prize is non-transferable and is not in conjunction with any other offers. No cash alternative can be claimed.
10. No responsibility will be taken for sign up emails not received.
11. In the event that the first winner drawn at random cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, a second random draw will be held in accordance with clause 3 to ascertain an alternative winner.
12. By supplying an email address as part of the prize draw the entrant is agreeing that he/she is willing to receive information about products, services and special offers that might interest him or her. The entrant can unsubscribe from our mailing lists at anytime.
13. Personal details provided will be used by Go Canoeing only for statistical reporting to monitor participation.
14. The Promoter is British Canoeing, whose registered office is at the National Watersports Centre, Adbolton Lane, Nottinghamshire NG12 2LU.
15. The Promoter will not be held responsible if a winner cannot be contacted using the email address given.
