GLENCOE ZONING ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS

ARTICLE IV, SECTION 9 OCCUPYING A CAMPER TRAILER.
Nothing in this ordinance shall be constructed to prohibit the use of a trailer for a temporary construction office in accordance with the building code of the City of Glencoe, nor shall this ordinance be deemed to prohibit the parking of only one unoccupied camper trailer, not exceeding ten (10) feet in width and twenty-five (25) feet in length, in an accessory private garage building or in a rear yard of any district, so long as no living quarters are maintained and no business is practiced in such camper-trailer while it is so stored and parked.

WORKING WITHOUT A PERMIT.The type of work you are performing requires a permit. Stop work immediately and apply for a permit. Work may not proceed until a permit has been issued.
