PLAYER’S INSTRUCTIONS
Officials of the Pacific Southwest Babe Ruth Baseball and the hard working hosts in this community have made extensive efforts to make sure your stay will be pleasant and rewarding. Therefore, we will expect that you absolutely cooperate with the following regulations regarding your actions during Regional tournament.
Special Note: Host team players are subject to all requirements and activities.
ASSISTANCE
We want all participants to thoroughly enjoy themselves during the tournament. If you need any information or assistance, contact your team manager immediately. The manager, in turn may rely on the aide of tournament Headquarters.
CONDUCT
Your conduct must be above reproach on and off the field. Any misbehavior or misconduct not only could cause your disqualification from the tournament, but also could disqualify your team.
SCHEDULE
Follow your team schedule at all times. Be at practice sessions, Regional tournament games, and special events on time, and in proper uniform. Be sure to check with your manager prior to changing from scheduled events.
APPEARANCE
As champions of your State, we expect your dress to be neat and appropriate. You may, of course, dress informally and comfortably. Each player is expected to wear his/hers teams baseball uniform shirt to the Tournament Barbeque. At all times, neatness and cleanliness or appearance is required.
UNIFORMS
Each player on the same team shall wear a different number on their uniform. The official Babe Ruth shoulder emblem must be worn on each team members left shirt sleeve.
SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
Contact your team manager or member of the tournament staff. Check with your team manager prior to any swimming activities especially on game days.
BAT BOYS/GIRLS
Bat boys/girls will be provided for each game by the host committee if requested.
