- If more than one project will be flown in one flight and one has to beco-ordinated with theOPS-
Helpdesk and the other with MILATCC, OPS-Helpdesk will co-ordinate with MILATCC.
- Aircraft operator is responsible for co-ordination of this flight with ATC-units responsible for
ATC in adjacent FIR's or foreign ATC units responsible for ATC in delegated parts of the
Amsterdam FIR. You may use this form for prior co-ordination with foreign ATC units.
- Aircraft operator is also responsible to get the required permits for crossing special areas within the project area, like the EHP26
- If applicable Ops-Helpdesk will send this form also to Belgocontrol SPACC.
