State of Georgia is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean and is bordered by State of Tennessee, State of North Carolina,State of South Carolina, State of Florida, and State of Alabama , containing approximately 58,930 square miles.

IT IS FURTHER DECLARED, that the State ofGeorgiashall exist within the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America as surveyed and established within the Articles of Confederation, as amended the fifth of August, two thousand and fifteen, and

IT IS FURTHER DECLARED, that the official mailing location of the State of Georgiashall be Natural Area Code: 82QGS NBST9,latitude and longitude 32.16562,-82.90009, and

IT IS FURTHER DECLARED, that the Constitution of the State of Georgiaof the yearseventeen hundred andeighty eight shall be the Constitution of the State of Georgiaand that all Nationals of the State of Georgiaalso known as American Nationals shall be bound thereof in accordance with the Law of Nations, and

IT IS FURTHER DECLARED, that the State of Georgiashall be a perpetual member of the original Union of the year seventeen hundred and seventy four as amended the fifteenth of May, two thousand and seventeen for the purpose that the State of Georgiaand the Nationals thereof shall not be land locked wherein the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America shall be a part of the National boundaries of the State ofGeorgia, and
