FWC 2009 Retreat at John Newcombe Tennis Ranch

June 28 – July 4, 2009

As in the past, the FWC needs to make several bulk payments to John Newcombe throughout the year. To date, most people have not been making payments towards their retreat fees. Also, only half of the normal attendees have registered.

REGISTATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 1st OR YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED A PLACE TO STAY.

After May 1st, we will be returning reserved condos back to the camp if they are not being filled.

*Room Descriptions:

2 bedroom condo – 2 queen, 1 king (or 2 twin), 2 full baths, kitchenette, living area

(7 of these have lofts with another 2 twins)

1 bedroom condo – 1 king (or 2 twin), 1 full bath, kitchenette, living area

(may have loft)

Mastersuite – 2 queen, 1 full bath

**Special requests:

If you want particular roommates, have need for handicap accessibility, special dietary needs, etc… please include this information on the following registration form.

If you want a particular room assignment, please let Karis Verlander know. She will make every attempt to accommodate your preferences on a first come-first serve basis.
