How to make the perfect dancers bun 101:
Begin by combing hair and lightly dampen by spritzing with a spray bottle of water or wet comb. Make sure hair is just slightly damp because soaking hair will turn slippery and difficult to work with. Next twist hair into a rope, you will need to use both hands to make sure all hair is included and is tight enough. Now begin wrapping hair around base of pony, the twist will need to be tight against head, so continue twisting pony as you wrap it around. Once the hair is twisted in a bun tuck the ends into the ponytail base. The bun will have to be secured with bobby pins. Make sure hair from the head and hair from the bun is incorporated with each pin. Use gel and hairspray to smooth back whispies and fly-aways. Sock or doughnut buns might be easier and make a great base for a bun!
