JOB DESCRIPTION: Single point of contact for customers requesting “complex” new service connections. Manage the budget, schedule, design and construction for projects during all phases of the process. Organize project teams as necessary, ensuring the design, permitting and scheduling of a project is completed on time and within the budget.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage projects from start to finish, utilizing the least-cost options for both the customers and the company. Accountable for interfacing with other departments and organizing teams to process, expedite and problem-solve for complex new customer projects. Determine scope of the job and organize a team comprised of the necessary skills and disciplines to successfully add a new customer. Understand and communicate marketing programs, tariff applications and energy option to potential Puget Sound Energy customers with a sales approach. Responsible to ensure that all operating standards and work practices are followed. Perform 24-hour emergency duties as needed. Comply with all applicable company, industry and legally-mandated environmental, safety and health policies, procedures and practices. Perform other duties as assigned.

SCHEDULE: Either 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday or 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday.

Knowledge of gas or electric customer applications systems (i.e. HVAC, heating, conservation programs, lighting, etc.). Experience in design or construction of energy distribution facilities.
