  • Annex 2, Condition 10, which reads: A currently qualified first aider must be employed on the premises at all times that the premises are open to the public. The venue will also provide first aid facilities commensurate with the type of event and customers expected.
  • Annex 2, condition 11, which reads: A Promotion Risk Assessment form 696 will be completed and submitted to the Metropolitan Police for any events with a DJ other than regular resident DJ’s, no later than 14 days before the event is due to take place.
  • Annex 3, Condition 3, which reads: The premises shall remain closed to the public until all new policies and procedures have been approved by the Police and authorised officers of the council, and adopted by the Premises Licence Holder.
  • Annex 3, Condition 7, which reads: The premises will remain closed to the public until all initial training in accordance with these conditions has been undertaken.
  • Annex 3, condition 18, which reads: At all times whilst the premises is open (either to the public or at any private event) the licence holder shall employ two undercover SIA spotter staff to monitor the dance and bar areas for signs of drug dealing and/or usage.

  • Annex 3, condition 12, so that it reads: The ID scanner must record a visual image of the person producing identification, an image of that identification or the information inputted manually at the time of entry. This information must be made available to Police or an authorised officer of the council on request.
