FSD On-Line Application

(Provider Training)

To begin the process of assisting customers with filing an on-line application for benefits with the Family Support Division (FSD), we ask that providers and their team view training material that the FSD has put together.

The trainings are:

  • MO Pet: Accessing and Navigating the Pre-Eligibility Tool
  • FSD Web Application (with Upload document option)
  • MO Benefits Center-Review Benefits and Report Changes (with Upload document option)


The Web Application & MO Benefits Center Online sites are available to customers state-wide.

  • Do I Qualify?/Apply

It is recommended that customers click on the “Do I Qualify?/Apply button to begin the process. This is a simple questionaire that can give a customer idea of programs they may possibly want to apply for.

  • Check My Status

If the customer already has an account for the Benefit Center & also has an active case or pending application, they can click on the “Check My Status” button to see their benefits or what is needed to complete their application.

  • Report a Change

If the customer has a Benefit Center account and an active case, they can report Changes online as well as upload verification documents on this site.

Customer has links to Apply Online for:

  • MO HealthNet for Aged/Blind or Disabled

Clicking on APPLY ONLINE NOW for FS/TA/CC/MHABD will take the customer to

Missouri Online Application Introduction-Sign In page.

Clicking on Start a new application for CC/FS/MHABD or TA will take the client to Sign In –New User Registration page.

Choosing Report Changes

Customer chooses either “Create an account” or “Sign In to My Account” or “Review Current Benefits”

“Review Current Benefits” only requires an active case with Food Stamps, Temporary Assistance, Child Care or MO HealthNet. For MO HealthNet for families customer must enter each individual’s information to obtain that person’s benefit. All other program benefits require the Head of Households information.
