In the name of God, Amen. I Henry F. Yonge of Gadsden County, Territory of Florida, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory, do make and appoint publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, to wit,

First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Yonge all my estate whether real or personal of which I am now possessed, with the exception of the sum of four hundred Dollars, which I give to my beloved father Henry Yonge, at present of Macon, Georgia, & which I desire to be kept in trust by my said wife for him and at the death of my said father the said sum of money is to revert to my said wife.

Lastly I nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved wife Elizabeth Yonge Executrix and my father Henry Yonge and my friends John W. Malone and Thomas L. Kenan my Executors of this my last will and testament; hereby revoking all former wills by me hereforto made –

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, the twenty seventh day of October in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and thirty four.

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Henry F. Yonge to be his last will & testament in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each other.

Yonge the testator sign the same as and for his last will and testament and that they signed the same as subscribing witnesses in the presence of the testator and in the presence of each other –

This day personally appeared before me Charles H. DuPont Judge of the County Court for the County of Gadsden John W. Malone and Thomas L. Kenan who are named as Executors in the foregoing will, who made oath that they will well and truly perform the last will and testament of Henry F. Yonge and pay all his just and lawful debts so far as his goods, chattels, rights and credits will extend, and that they will make a true and correct inventory of the same, and render a true account of their administration when thereto required; and further made oath that they believe the foregoing will to be the true last will and testament of the said Henry F. Yonge: Therefore it is ordered that the clerk of Gadsden County Court issue Letters Testamentary to the said John W. Malone and Thomas L. Kenan as executors as aforesaid –

Territory of Florida, County of Gadsden __?

Whereas Henry F. Yonge, late of the County and Territory aforesaid, did, by his last will and testament, nominate, constitute and appoint Elizabeth Yonge Executrix and Henry Yonge, John W. Malone and Thomas L. Kenan Executors thereof; and whereas the said John W. Malone and Thomas L. Kenan were this day qualified according to law as excecutors of said will: Thereforeto the intent that said will (a copy of which is hereunto annexed) may be well and truly performed, I, Charles H. DuPont, Judge of the County Court for the County aforesaid, in pursuance of an act of the Legislative Council of the Territory aforesaid, so issue this probate, and do hereby authorize and empower the said John W. Malone and Thomas L. Kenan Executors as aforesaid well and truly to collect and administer all and singular the goods-chattels- and credits of the said Henry F. Yonge deceased in all matters and things concerning the same according to the true intent and meaning of the said will, and according to law; - hereby requiring the said Executors to make and exhibit into the said County Court, a true and perfect inventory of the said goods, chattels and credits, and also to make a just and true account of their actings and doings when thereto lawfully required.
