CCG survey

/

PPG

/ The delivery of the Bolton Quality Contract was subjected to a formal audit this year by theMersey Internal Audit Agency (MIAA). Feedback to the CCG from this audit highlighted the following:
The evaluation of the BQC is management and provider based. There was no evidence of service user input, and there was no planned timing for overall patient and carer feedback on the difference the new services or quality scheme have made within the neighbourhoods.
To address this issue, we need to ask for your support. Please can you ask all members of your Patient Forum/Participation group to complete the attached questionnaire? Please send your batch of completed questionnaires to the enhanced services inbox () at the CCG. It is important for us to get as many responses as possible, so please encourage all your members to complete one.
Members of the PPG were given a questionnaire to complete. Completed questionnaires collected.
