You can pay for your books via direct bank transfer or PayPal.
All prices on our website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). If you are purchasing from outside Australia, the GST will be deducted at checkout.
We keep a record of your personal information for our reporting and accounting purposes. Wild Dingo Press may use your contact details to send email marketing material to you. If you do not wish to receive this marketing material you can click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the email to be removed from our email marketing list. The information collected is for the exclusive use of Wild Dingo Press and will not be shared with or sold to other parties.
Delivery
- Within Australia: $7 per book
$11 for 2 or more books
- Outside Australia: $15 per book
$20 for 2 or more books
Our standard method of delivery is Australia Post and its distribution channels. Orders made to an Australian address take approximately 3-7 business days. For timely delivery for Christmas 2017, please place your orders to Australian addresses before 15 December, and orders to addresses outside Australia before 11 December.
Wild Dingo Press reserves the right to revise freight costs on international orders, we will contact you once your order is placed.
Pre-orders will be charged immediately and despatched on the publication date of the individual title.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. Wild Dingo Press is not responsible for orders that are not delivered if the delivery address provided is incorrect.
Returns and Refunds
If your delivery is incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and we will arrange prompt replacement or refund where necessary.
If you change your mind, we can issue credit or refund on return of the order. You will be responsible for return postage, and the items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale before any credit or refund is issued.
