Describe proposed partners on this project (government officials, other organizations, civil society groups, etc.) and their proposed contribution. (You must attach completed letters of support from confirmed partners listed here.)

Provide details of the strategies and activities that the project will engage in to achieve its objectives
A.2.4Evaluation (800 words maximum)
Explain how you will evaluate the effectiveness of your strategies and activities in order to check on progress and make any necessary mid-course changes
A.2.5Identifiable Obstacles (400 words maximum)
Identify obstacles that might prevent you from achieving your objectives and explain how you intend to address them.
A.2.6Sustainability (400 words maximum)
Indicate how the activities described might be sustained after this project comes to an end.
