For the site in Puursweare currently recruiting a junior ICT Analyst (M/F).

You will join the ICT team (3 persons) and you will report to the ICT Manager.

Main responsibilities

As a junior ICT Analyst you will be responsible for:

Backing up and supporting the system engineer

Answering questions and giving support to end users

Handling task in the frame of the ERP software (SAP)

Giving support to production department on ICT related matters (MES software)

Interface troubleshooting

Establishing good communication lines with both internal as external partners

Taking part in the ICT permanence project (being standby related to possible issues in the production department).

Candidate profile

As a junior ICT Analyst you possess the following competencies:

You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology

You are passionate about ICT & very eager to learn

You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in ICT (preferably in a production environment)

You possess practical and technical knowledge of as many as possible of the following applications: SAP, SAP BW, Java, T-SQL, Visual Basic, C#, HTML, MES software, MS Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint

You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus.

You easily sell yourideas with your engaging and persuasive communication

Passionate about improvement, you continuously focus on developing your skills

You are a true team player with a hands-on mentality.
