For the recommendation part of ILS report
One Click Interface
1. Implementing single-sign feature allows patron to log in to ArticleReach Direct, iLLiad, and MeLCat at once.
2. If patron has logged in using MSU ID and password, iLLiad should not ask for additional registration from iLLiad page. iLLiad should import parton account information from MSU database.
Updating FAQ
1. Presently there is an FAQ for ArtcileReach Direct. We need a general FAQ for ILS.
2. FAQ can be revamped. Questions listed below can be a part of the existing FAQ.
3. We can provide a PDF version of the detail FAQ.
4. FAQ link can be listed on the left navigation pane of the first page of interlibrary services (http://www2.lib.msu.edu/about/ils/index.jsp) for quick access.
5. We can change the way the information is organized in the FAQ. Following are the suggestions FAQ:
