Sunday Herald Sun photographers attend several weddings a week, but are unable to meet all requests. They will only take photographs to be considered for publication. If a photographer does not attend, supplied photos of suitable quality will be considered. The main criteria is a front-on shot clearly showing the couple's faces.

Photos, to be submitted within a couple of weeks of the wedding, should be accompanied by the name and full address of both bride and groom and a daytime telephone number. If the form has been submitted before the wedding, this should be indicated.

If the work of a professional photographer is provided, the photographer's written permission for it to be published must be supplied. We will not pay a fee to publish a supplied photograph, but may consider a credit for the photographer. Ensure the photographer who supplies you with photos is aware of this. All care will be taken with photos and those sent by post will be returned, however no responsibility can be accepted in the unlikely event of loss or damage.
