Welcome to Florida Constitutional Law
Our state constitution is a unique one and varies greatly from those of the other 49 states. For those of you that plan on taking the Florida Bar, Florida Constitutional law is a tested portion on each bar examination. My goal is for you to learn the subject matter and help you identify issues that most likely will surface on the bar examination and to be successful on it.
