Flexible Membership For Those On Low Income
As a member of 'CASC', Mill Hill Golf Club is happy to offer a low cost all inclusive alternative annual subscription which will allow the participant to play 63 times per year, compete in competition, have inclusive use of clubs and shoes and attend all social and members meetings.
This membership offer is only available to those on low incomes who will be asked to produce evidence of such to the golf club secretary on application.
£520.00 allows you 400 Credits
that can be exchanged for the following:
Weekend round 30 credits
WeekendTwilight ( 4.5 hours before official sunset) 15 credits
Tues and Weds 18 credits
Tues and Weds Twilight8 credits
( 4.5 hours before official sunset)
Monday all day (including bank holidays)6 credits
( The management reserve the right to change the credits charged per round at any time)
The bottom line is, you can play up-to a maximum of 63 rounds of golf per year
for £520 including equipment; enter competitions and acquire a handicap certificate. An Evolution 520 member even has the option to add on certain options as listed below.

How do I book a tee time
Use the online booking system up to 5 days in advance at weekends and 10 days midweek.
Do I need to book a tee time
Yes you do. You must always book a tee time before play and check in to the pro shop to have your ' CASC Card' debited. CASC members can book 7 days ahead for weekends and 10 days ahead for weekdays. .
Can I play in competitions
Yes you may.
After booking on-line, do I have to report to the Pro Shop?
Yes you do
Will I have a membership bag tag?
Yes you will
Can I signin a guest; is there a limit to the number of times?
Yes you can. You may sign in a particular guest 6 times butcan have as many guests as you please in the course of a year. You may only sign in a maximum of 3 guests at one time and must play golf with them.
Can I be signed in as a member’s guest?
No you cannot as you are a member and not a guest.

Will my access to the club website be restricted?.
You will have full use of the club website, booking system and electronic newsletters while you are a member of the club.
Will I be able to attend social events bringing family and friends?
Yes please.
Do all my credits have to be used within 12 months, or can it roll over?
You are paying an annual subscription and therefore your points need to be used within one year of purchase.
Can I represent the golf club in club matches?
If you are good enough to make the team we would be happy to have you.
Can I use the reciprocal arrangements you have with other clubs
As a member of the club you have everything available to you as any other member has. You would also have to abide by the same rules and etiquette.
