The Hybrid Caviar is a cross between the Kaluga (HusoDauricus) sturgeon

& Amur (AcipenserSchrenckii) sturgeon. The hybrid fishes

mature at the age of 8-10 years old.

The hybrid fishes mature at the age of 8 – 10 years old
