GlobalTranz Inside Sales Representative

GlobalTranz is currently seeking high energy inside sales representatives to join our expanding truckload division. This position consists of but is not limited to…carrier relations, new client/customer generation, territory management, cold calling (100+ calls per day), creative thinking and strategic sales techniques.
A successful candidate should be a high energy forward thinker, ability to learn quickly, retain and memorize product knowledge, able to clearly articulate points using both phone and email, be reliable, professional in demeanor and attire, friendly, outgoing, highly efficient, able to multi-task and be a team player.
Skills/Requirements
· Proactively prospect for new customers by contacting businesses
· High energy and assertive attitude
· Team player, goal driven and fast learner
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong multi-tasking ability and able to operate in a fast paced environment
· Punctuality and good attendance
· Working knowledge of MS Office programs
· College Degree preferred
*Full-Time M-F/40 hours per week. PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life (Self/Spouse/Children), STD, LTD benefits available after 3 months of employment.* EOE
Salary 30K-40K base, plus commission
