Fitness Reflection and Design Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to reflect on your current physical fitness, set fitness goals to work towards, and design a general program that would help you fulfill your goals.
Each student must complete all parts of this assignment, and submit a neat copy for evaluation.
Part A
1. Create a list or chart of each of the tests completed during fitness testing, and discuss the proper fitness component it corresponds to.
2. For each test, record the result you achieved, determine the standard level you achieved, and briefly reflect on how you feel you did on that test.
3. Record a goal you would like to achieve in that test during the spring testing, and what type of training you can do to achieve it.
*To complete the above questions, you may use a chart similar to below, or write a paragraph including all of the pertinent information for each fitness test.
