THE NOTE:
- Applications for accommodation in hotels are accepted till April, 10th, 2007.
- Room reservation is made only after reception of an advance payment for residing at a rate of cost at least one day. After reception from you the application, we reserve number and we send the account or we coordinate other variants of payment. Payment should be made within 1-3 weeks after reception of the information by you about booking (on April, 10th, 2007). At non receipt of an advance payment by us withinagivenperiod, booking is removed. After reception of an advance payment, final booking number with granting official acknowledgement is made.
- Room reservation after April, 10th is possible only at presence of empty seats in hotels.
- To cancel reserved numbers without penal sanctions probably till April, 10th, 2007. The received advance payment will be returned. At annulment of reserved numbers after April, 10th, 2007 penal sanctions will make cost of day of residing.
